- You must be a registered OSL group for an entire year before you can apply for your $250 start up fund. Once you have been registered for a year then you can request the funds at asfb.as.ucsb.edu. There will be a tab that says Request $250 Start Up. You will be redirected to a page that details how to apply for your $250 start up fund.
* There is a “one-time exception” where OSL organizations that have not been registered for a year are allowed to apply for funding, but this is a one-time opportunity for the entire year.
