Is there anyway that AS can directly send money to the organization/company that we are paying, instead of us having to pick up their check and pay them?
Yes. When filling you the requisition indicate that you would like the check mailed. Put the correct address of the organization or company that the check will be mailed to and AS will directly send them the check for the amount stated.
Is there anyway you can get a check for an event the same day you turn in a requisition or less than 5-7 business days?
No. Please be mindful of the 5-7 business days policy when submitting a requisition. In special circumstances exceptions can be made, but don’t count on that. The sooner the better, for you.
