How do I get a copy of my W-2 form?
Go to the View Online W-2/W-2c page to get a copy of your W-2 form.
● The Year End W-2 Tax Form will be available in UCPath no later than January 31 of each year. This feature is available after UCPath issues your first W-2 or W-2C form in electronic format.

If you did not receive your W-2 by mail after January 31, please verify your home address is correct in UCPath.
● Go to the Personal Information Summary page to verify your mailing address.
How do I change my state withholdings if I am a nonresident alien?
If you are a nonresident alien (NRA) who is required to file tax statements and need to change your state withholdings, go to the Artic International website to access the Glacier online tax system and obtain the State Tax Form. Once you have completed the form, please make sure to sign and submit to UCPath by Submitting An Inquiry.
